RESERVATIONS:

Appointments can only be booked online through the website. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your service. This allows the time needed to fill out any necessary paper work, go over your service and answer any questions if need be. To accommodate your desire appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The credit card will be charged a deposit fee. The deposit fee will be listed for your service of choice when booking. This deposit fee is non refundable. The deposit fee that is paid up front will of course go to the balance of your service. We understand that things happen and tardiness is unavoidable, however, please keep in mind that in the event of being late, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. If services have to be shorten, clients will still be charged full price of the remaining balance of service.

NO CALL NO SHOW:

For all appointments that are scheduled and paid in full, if you miss your appointment without communications to our staff within the 10 minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued. Please be considerate of our time and the time of other clients. It is not fair to any of us when we have to back track to your missed appointment.

For appointments that are scheduled with deposits, if you miss your appointment without communications to our staff within the 10 minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued. Your card that is on file will be charged 100% of the remainder appointment balance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
As we value your time and business, in the event that your scheduled appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, please notify us 24 hours in advance. You can call or reschedule/cancel online via the appointment reminder email that will be sent to you the day before. Please note that with all cancellations, deposits are none refundable. To make another appointment, you would need to make a new appointment via the website and make another deposit to hold your new appointment date and time. For all rescheduled appointments, the deposit fee is non refundable, however the deposit fee will transfer over to your new scheduled appointment time. Clients are allowed to reschedule one time. After that, the appointment will be canceled, deposits will be none refundable and you would need to book a new appointment with a new deposit via the website. This is to be fair to other clients that can use the same time and date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

All service sales and retail items are final.

*In the event that during your consultation that any contraindications that may prevent you from continuing with a service (i.e. Allergies to product and ingredients, medical conditions including pregnancy, use of acne drugs or other topical peeling agents, severe or uncontrolled hypertension or certain medications) please note that the service booked will be discontinued until a doctor’s notice is provided. Notice must be provided on official doctor’s script pad. Deposit fees in this case ONLY are refundable. *

Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund on deposits.
